Health is an important aspect of life that can mean different things to different people. Here are ten easy definitions of health to help you better understand what it means:

1. Physical Health: The condition of being physically fit and active, with the ability to perform daily activities without feeling fatigued or experiencing pain.

7. Occupational Health: Feeling motivated and satisfied in one’s work life; feeling empowered in how one spends their time on a day-to-day basis either through paid employment or volunteering within the community. 

8. Financial Health: A state of financial security where one is not struggling financially but also avoiding unnecessary consumption that could put them into debt or otherwise compromise their financial wellbeing. 

9. Intellectual Health: Maintaining cognitive stimulation by participating in intellectual activities such as reading books or engaging in challenging conversations that allow for personal growth through critical thinking skills and expanded knowledge acquisition. 

10. Nutrition/Nutritional Health: Ensuring your body receives adequate nourishment by consuming a balanced diet made up of foods rich in essential vitamins and minerals while avoiding excess sugar intake which can have damaging effects on health over time.
