Life seems to be lived as simply as we would like it to be. But what often happens is that we make it much more complicated by things we shouldn't be doing.

Be calm

Be like a duck who looks calm when on the surface of the water, but keeps his feet rowing underneath.

Sometimes things happen beyond your control, so the best way to beat them is to stay calm and adjust to the situation.

Admit mistakes

Never hesitate to admit the mistakes you have made. People have great respect for individuals who are willing to admit their mistakes quickly and gracefully.

You can't always be right and nothing is perfect in this world. So don't be shy or afraid to admit a mistake.

 Be optimistic

The beautiful butterfly comes from an ugly caterpillar. Then don't ever lose hope. Count the blessings you have during your lifetime. Where there is lots of love, there will always be miracles that will help you.

 Have the right motivation

Always keep yourself motivated by reminding yourself of what you have accomplished in the past, instead of thinking about what you haven't got.

Have enough sleep

Try to get 6-7 hours of sleep each day. But remember that sleep quality is better than quantity sleep. Therefore, keep your bedroom free from the internet so that your desire for rest is not distracted.

Cycling, walking, jogging, or anything that involves physical activity will not only make the body stronger and healthier, it will also improve your mood and reduce stress.

Laughter

Laugh as hard as you can, it is the best way to relieve stress. Laughter will boost your immune system by relieving physical tension and stress.

Don't be too sensitive

Understand that sometimes the person who is angry with you doesn't mean they have a problem with you or that you have made a big mistake.

It could be that they are having a bad day at their home or work, and they are trying to channel that negative energy into you. So, whenever it happens to you, don't take it too seriously.

Don't place your hopes on others

Seek your own happiness, never depend on others. No matter how much they say they care, you never know when they start leaving you.

So, have your own happiness, self-motivation, and the will to keep going and developing yourself.

People tend to shut down when they are experiencing sadness and pretend that they are okay.

If you are going through something bad in life, it is okay to say or express that you are in a “not okay” state.

You won't have much time in your life to learn all the things in this world and be successful.

Determine the life goals you most want to pursue, focus on reaching them, and you will see that getting one precious pearl is much easier than grasping a thousand sands.

The point is, don't chase other people's dreams. Live your own life with rules and boundaries that you can achieve.

Set a definition for success for yourself, so that you can be happy on your own, not someone else's.

It doesn't matter if you are a successful person or a leader of a large company. Sometimes what you need is intimacy with your family. So no matter how busy you are, still provide quality time for them.

It's a cliche, but often the past becomes a barrier to one's progress. So if you want to be free from the burdens of life, then make peace with your past.

Enjoy the fun of the little things
